I have been using chlorella for 2 years. I have noticed many positive effects:
– better healing,
– less oily skin,
– better digestion,
– reduction of my nervousness,
– reduction of my myopia!
But since I’ve been taking a birth control pill, my estrogen level is too high.
Can I continue to consume Chlorella ?
