Ingredients
– 300 g flour
– 200 g sugar
– 3 eggs
– 10 cl milk
– 100 g almonds with skin
– 1 tablespoon candied orange pieces
– 1 teaspoon fennel powder or aniseed
– ½ sachet baking powder or bicarbonate
– ½ teaspoon chlorella powder
– 1 pinch salt
Ingredients
– Mix all powders and whole almonds.
– Add eggs one at a time.
– Knead the dough with your fingertips, adjusting its hold with the milk. It may stick a little, but this is normal.
– Separate the dough ball into 3 pieces, each of which you will shape into a sausage with a circumference of 4 to 5 centimeters. Place on a baking sheet.
– Bake: 15 min in a hot oven (160° th 6), then switch off the oven and leave for a further 15 min.
– Remove from oven and cut out with a serrated knife.
– Don’t put them in a tin until they’re dry and crisp.
– They keep well for several weeks.
