400 g chocolate – 10 minutes
Ingredients
– 250 g cocoa butter
– 70 g birch sugar
– 40 g almond paste
– 40 g lucuma powder
– 1/2 teaspoon sunflower lecithin
– 1 pinch vanilla powder
– 1 pinch salt
– 1 teaspoon chlorella powder
Instructions
– Melt the cocoa butter and all the ingredients except the organic chlorella powder and blend.
– Remove 1 quarter of the volume of the preparation and mix with the chlorella powder.
– Fill the mould first with the white chocolate, then with the green chocolate, carefully.
– Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
